What is the GDPR?

The GDPR is a regulation intended to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the EU. It aims to protect the fundamental right to privacy and the protection of personal data.​

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website ERCP.SE or provide us in any other way.

In addition, we collect full name, address for invoicing, e-mail address, password, computer, connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect name lists for hotel, exhibitors and the local committeeof the conference.

We also collect payment details (including credit card information), comments, and feedback.

First name and last name:Used for name list for LOC and for planning the event delegate information.

E-mail: Used for sending information to delegates after registration for the event.

Title: Used to inform LOC of total numbers for information and statistic reasons.

Address: Country isused for statistics. ​

Phone Number: Used for emergency reasons, or if we need to contact the delegates.

Registration Delegates: Used for budget planning, invoicing and for statistic information to LOC.

Dinner registration: Used as information for the hotel, invoicing, and budget planning.

Special Diet Req:  Information about special diet needs for the hotel.

Exhibition: Registration, invoicing and budget planning.

May we send your Name, Hospital and Country information to the Exhibitors: Hereby wewill send a list to the exhibitors before and after the conference.

We will send you information when we get closer to ERCP 2019: Practical information about the event, venue and rules on the conference will be sent directly to the delegates.

*LOC: Means Local Committee for the event.

How do we collect information?

As part of the process, when you conduct a transaction on our website, we collect personal information such as your name, address and email address. For example, when your send a message through the contact form, when you register for an event, or when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Your personal information will be used only for the reasons stated above.

Why do we collect personal information?

We collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

1.      To provide and operate the services;

2.      To provide our delegates and exhibitors with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

3.      To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

4.      To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our conference business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

5.      To comply with any applicable laws and regulations;

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How can you withdraw your consent?
